Our vision is for Landis Place on King to be an integral part of the West King Street neighborhood and complement the residents and businesses that already exist and make the neighborhood so special.

It’s right across from Central Market where we love to shop, and we can walk to Fulton Theater. We love walking in Lancaster!

The location is great – I can walk to my two favorite places downtown: Central Market and Fulton Theater. We’ve been coming downtown for years, and now I don’t even have to park!

I love my city community. Community is critical to a healthy life, and I look forward to the resources that we’ll be able to connect to because of living at Landis Place on King.

I love the vibrancy and richness of the diversity in the city. You can find cultural opportunities, ethnic cuisine, unique people, and activities to be social and volunteer. I just think Lancaster is a gem!

With the success of Steeple View Lofts, it is fantastic to see Landis Communities continuing to invest in Lancaster City. This block of King Street is seeing great momentum, and this project will not only build on this growth but help fill the large demand for housing in Lancaster. Lancaster City is a great multi-generational community with the amenities people of all ages are seeking. We are excited to see additional living opportunities for those 55 and over, especially with the quality that Landis Communities represents.
