Mobile Progress
The crew rides around on power trowels as they finish the concrete floor. Another concrete pour will happen in the near future.
Both the exterior and interior walls are forming making Landis Place on King look more and more like home for our future residents.
Setting Steel Over Parking, Then Going Up
Workers are setting steel for the concrete lid that goes over the first floor. From there they will go up five floors. A new floor should be complete every three weeks with the roof addition anticipated in July.
Each concrete block and steel beam is precisely laid by the construction crew.
Setting Steel Along King
Here is another glimpse of the workers carefully setting steel for the modern apartments along King Street.
Interior walls are being constructed, bringing us another step closer to making dreams a reality for our future residents.
The crane is being utilized to deliver beams and other materials for the new 55+ apartments.
Wall Panels
The first wall panel was set on March 30, put in place like the others will be: using the tower crane.
